    How do I send feedback?

  • You can reach us via email by clicking here.
  • How do I change the app's language?

  • Change the primary language on your iPhone by following Apple's instructions.
  • The app is crashing on launch

  • We're so sorry! Try deleting the app and reinstalling it from the App Store, if that doesn't work please send feedback.
  • Don't worry, your workouts are still backed up to your iCloud account.
  • My workouts aren't showing up in Apple Fitness

  • IronIQ has to be running on your Apple Watch during your workout
